Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for a new 550 bed 14 storeys slender tower student accommodation building. The development largely comprises a mix of ancillary accommodation including but not limited to Reception, Common Room, Cycle storage, plant space, and laundry & bin storage. The site is the former 2 storey building which was home to the Bournemouth University Forensic Science Study Centre and car park. The proposed building will provide 550 bedrooms over 14 storeys. The 550 bedrooms will comprise a mixture of studios, premium studio, accessible beds and clusters.
