Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this 15-storey building in Birmingham which will contain student flats. The Development will be situated on Bishopsgate Street which is currently occupied by the former Birmingham Nautical Club. This is set to bring a much needed source for students as Birmingham has five universities, with around 63,000 full time students and a further 15,000 part time students in the recent years. The Bishopsgate Street development of 290 new student apartments in Birmingham presents a significant opportunity for development in this part of the city. It comprises a mixture of studio and cluster bedroom types along with ground floor retail space in a prominent location on a major route into the city.
