Description

A new Premier Inn Hotel will be built within the former Derry’s department store at the Plymouth Cross development. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this 110-bedroom property on the upper floors of the £50m redevelopment of the former Derry’s site. Alongside the student accommodation block, the hotel development within an additional four stories will be placed on top of the rear of the building which will become the 110-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, which itself is a £9.5million investment of the scheme.
