The development, on Market Street, would be on the site of the old printworks and the ground floor would house the reception area, luggage room, vending machines, bar, restaurant, kitchen and staff areas. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this 85-bedroom hotel in which the bedrooms would be spread over five floors.
