There would also be shared external amenity space in the form of gardens and terraces, private amenity space for a number of the homes as either gardens or balconies, and a residents' gym.

Walker Modular are pleased to be a part of this development which is set to design something that provides great places to live while bringing a huge amount of open space back to the site and will make a significant contribution towards the housing supply within the borough. The project’s concrete frame is set to start in January next year, while both blocks are set to complete in summer 2020.
