Devon Street includes 44 studio apartments and eight en-suite clusters of 10 beds each over seven floors. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme with the completion date for the start of the 2019/20 academic year.
The scheme will also include a games area, gym, as well as a private courtyard between the two builds.
