All new residences will provide high-quality accommodation for students, in walking distance of lectures, the library and education support services, as well as the Students’ Union and excellent sports facilities. Each residence will also provide accessible accommodation, cycle storage, and spaces to socialise and study.
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is one of the greenest and most attractive university campuses in the UK. The deal will see 1,182 high-quality bedrooms on the University’s Streatham Campus.
The East Park project will comprise a mixture of standard, en-suite and enhanced accessible bedrooms and will represent the largest build of on-campus accommodation at the University since 2012.
