This site is situated opposite Lancaster University's new Science Park and is within walking distance of Lancaster University's Bailrigg Campus. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which comprises two buildings with a mixture of cluster flats for Students. Each cluster flat has a spacious communal kitchen, dining and lounge area which includes laundry and washing facilities. There will be optimized social and academic quality of life for all students by having a games room, Cinema, Study rooms, Lounges and amenity space. Lancaster is home to Lancaster University and the University of Cumbria, with a full time Student population of approximately 14,750 with excellent transport connections to both Lancaster University and Lancaster City Centre.
