Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this student scheme which will comprise a mix of studio study bedrooms with an en-suite pod and kitchenette; cluster bedrooms with en-suite pod and shared living/kitchen/dining room, and affordable cluster bedrooms with shared living/kitchen/dining room and shower/WCs.

The demolition of the former Buildbase building supplies centre will make way for a 462-room student accommodation building in Coventry. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this student scheme which will comprise a mix of studio study bedrooms with an en-suite pod and kitchenette; cluster bedrooms with en-suite pod and shared living/kitchen/dining room, and affordable cluster bedrooms with shared living/kitchen/dining room and shower/WCs.
There will be amenity courtyards, disabled parking spaces, cycle spaces, drop off and collection area and a separately-accessed service area outside the building. Gulson Road is expected to be ready for autumn 2020.
