The £45m redevelopment of Hume House will provide purpose-built student accommodation, along with a roof terrace on the 35th floor. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which at its peak will create over 300 construction jobs.
The student apartments will offer high quality professionally managed accommodation within this 37-storey skyscraper which is due to be completed by September 2021.
