Description

Kelaty House is to provide 300 build to rent apartments which forms part of a wider mixed-use site also used for student housing units ranging from four to thirteen storeys in height. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the Kelaty House scheme which is situated in close proximity to the iconic Wembley stadium within the Wembley regeneration area. The redevelopment of the site comprises the erection of five buildings for a mix of uses including hotel / serviced apartments, student accommodation and flexible business / retail / community and leisure uses.
