Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new development at Military Road in Canterbury which will include a 194-unit student accommodation scheme in one of Canterbury’s Conservation Areas. The contemporary scheme takes the form of a traditional collegiate quadrangle with a large entrance building arranged with terraced houses creating an internal courtyard with ground floor common areas and amenity space. The project has been carefully conceived to be a meaningful and memorable intervention on a former dairy site at this important gateway to the City Centre.
