The development will be on the side of the old Unigate Dairy adjacent to Morfa Road and not far from the St David student development, making the area a growing new location for student living.
Introducing four blocks of between five and six stories with a ground floor cafe and a gym and the blocks will have two rooftop terraces between them, with views over the river. This project comprises of 245 student bedrooms in 1 block, over 6-7 storeys.
