The project will be built within the Canal Conservation Area and will be a mixture of six and seven levels which will include use of the lower ground level and the incorporation of mezzanines in the roof space.

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student Accommodation project which will house 90 students. The project will be built within the Canal Conservation Area and will be a mixture of six and seven levels which will include use of the lower ground level and the incorporation of mezzanines in the roof space.
There will be 85 self-contained units which will include five double ‘twodio’ units to give a total of 90 student bed spaces.
