This development site is located between Rockingham Street and Bailey Lane in Sheffield city centre, very close to the University of Sheffield campus. The cluster apartments will be purpose-built student accommodation with a total of 618 bedrooms as well as include ancillary facilities including management, suites and social study spaces.
There would also be an additional 72 studio, 39 one- and 32 two- bedroom flats which are to be PRS accommodation. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is due for completion as a whole in the summer of 2021 in start for the 2021/2022 term.
