Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Travelodge Stockley Park, Hillingdon.
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new 81-bed Travelodge Hotel located within Stockley Park in Hillingdon. Driven by a structural engineering brief, this striking construction and fit out of an 81-bedroom hotel has been designed to build over the existing Arena facility at Stockley Park.
The building would mainly be raised above the car park, to provide an under croft parking area, with the main hotel accommodation being on the first and second floors, including the bar/ restaurant on the second floor. This project also includes a new reception and entrance at the existing ground floor level of the Arena as well as an additional car park for 30 extra car parking spaces.
