Description

This development is to be located on previously developed land at Eastnor House which is located within close proximity of the town centre and benefits from excellent transport links within Witney and the wider Oxfordshire area. As such the site is ideally suited to provide a new value hotel for which will see the construction of a four-storey Travelodge with a bar/café located in the south east corner of the site. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which upon completion is set to create an estimated 11 full time jobs and 18 part time roles.
