Walker Modular bathroom pods for Wellington Road, Leeds

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the Build to Rent development on the former Yorkshire Post Site in Leeds. The high rise building tiers up to 18 storeys including ground floor commercial and 72 basement car parking spaces and is part of a masterplan for redevelopment of the whole site.

Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Wellington Road, Leeds.

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the Build to Rent development on the former Yorkshire Post Site in Leeds. The high rise building tiers up to 18 storeys including ground floor commercial and 72 basement car parking spaces and is part of a masterplan for redevelopment of the whole site.

The overall development is split into phases which will include 242 apartments, a lounge and a gym which is due for completion in early 2021.
