The first phase of the hotel was completed in May 2018 which was part of the Council's regeneration of the New South Promenade in Blackpool, Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the extension.

Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Hampton by Hilton - Blackpool Extension, Blackpool.
Construction of a four storey extension to form an additional 74 bedrooms introduced at Hampton by Hilton, Blackpool on South Shore. The first phase of the hotel was completed in May 2018 which was part of the Council's regeneration of the New South Promenade in Blackpool, Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the extension.
The hotel currently comprises of 130 bedrooms, a fitness room, business work zone, reception area and restaurant/bar. It plays an important role in attracting visitors and businesses to the area. The planned extension to the hotel will provide 74 more bedrooms implementing the updated Hilton brand standards providing a larger and more efficient kitchen & breakfast area and new flexible meeting spaces, improving both its capacity and efficiency.
