The remarkable ‘Jenga Style’ 4-star Leonardo Hotel will be located on the corner of Adair Street and Great Ancoats Street and will reach up to 13 floors high. Planters will adorn the side of the Jenga-inspired hotel to provide a crescendo of greenery, this has been inspired by ‘vertical forest’ blocks in Italy which house hundreds of shrubs and trees.

Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Leonardo Hotel - Adair Street, Manchester.
The remarkable ‘Jenga Style’ 4-star Leonardo Hotel will be located on the corner of Adair Street and Great Ancoats Street and will reach up to 13 floors high. Planters will adorn the side of the Jenga-inspired hotel to provide a crescendo of greenery, this has been inspired by ‘vertical forest’ blocks in Italy which house hundreds of shrubs and trees.
This project will boast a ground-floor restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace area that will overlook a new public square which is to be constructed as part of the development. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which once complete in 2022 will generate 90 full time jobs and will aid in boosting the local economy.
