Providing Bath with 136 purpose build student accommodation units, this scheme will reduce the demand for private rented housing within the city for university students. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme, which will also include a state-of-the-art two lane cricket school and brand new gym providing better facilities for members and the wider community.
The site is currently occupied by a 128-space car park and an indoor training facility, which will be replaced by student accommodation. The building will be up erected on stilts so 108 parking bays can be provided at ground level.
