Walker Modular are delighted to be providing all Bathroom Pods for the first phase of this luxury apartment development. South Gardens is the first phase within a larger regeneration project, the masterplan is set to deliver almost 2,500 new homes, retail and restaurant spaces, new opens spaces, improved ‘green’ streets, and a brand new park at the heart of the development.
The project is set to create a distinctive neighbourhood set across three building plots connected by a new public realm and centred around maturely landscaped courtyards. The buildings vary from terraces of sustainable townhouses, mansion blocks of seven to ten storeys and a sixteen-storey tower.
