This project is located less than 1km from the University of Warwick to the south west of Coventry City Centre. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for Warwick’s only purpose-built student accommodation project which is located next to the universities 750-acre main campus on the outskirts of Coventry.
The Oaks combines the best of campus living in studio and ensuite rooms and easy transport links away from nearby towns Coventry, Warwick, and Leamington Spa. The project will provide students with multiple communal facilities such as a TV lounge, games area, hosting kitchen, outdoor terrace, study zones on every floor, and on-site 24/7 gym.
