Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the townhouses arranged in a series of seven, four-linear blocks, which overlook beautiful landscaped courtyards.
The scheme presents an opportunity to deliver bespoke Townhouse Accommodation within a sustainable location close to the main University Brayford Pool campus and the new University Science and Innovation Park. A total of 361 en-suite bed spaces would be provided, including seven accessible ground floor en-suite bedrooms.
