Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the site on the corner of Westfield Road and Westfield Avenue. This new Student Accommodation scheme is close to Murrayfield Stadium with excellent access to local facilities within the centre of Edinburgh. The development that will offer 394-bedrooms, including 48 studios, and a range of cluster apartments, each with between six and nine bedrooms. The development will incorporate landscaped grounds and communal space including breakout study rooms, a games area, gym, cinema and laundry, as well as secure cycle parking for every resident. Expected to welcome first students in autumn 2022, Westfield Road is a popular area in which the addition of student accommodation will provide a real boost to the local economy.
