Walker Modular bathroom pods for 25 Warwick Road, Coventry

This student building is part of an emerging larger mixed-use development, the Friargate Masterplan, which will contain 3 million sq. ft. of new development including residential, hotels and office buildings.

The scheme responds to an unmet need for high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation in Coventry to cater for international students and for students with higher disposal incomes, particularly those attending the University of Warwick where the opportunities to live off campus are currently limited.
