The scheme aims to deliver a 259-unit build to rent apartment block in Derby city centre which will be the biggest in the city since the Westfield Centre went up in 2007. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this build to rent apartment scheme, which will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units over 11-storeys which will form part of the regeneration of Becketwell.
The BTR scheme will be a high-quality offer and will feature a rooftop terrace and ground floor amenity space. Construction began during May 2021, with the building expected to be completed by March 2023.
