Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Campbell House, Bristol.
The city’s former Bristol Royal Infirmary site will become Campbell House Student Accommodation, named after Princess Campbell. The development will be home to 431 students when complete and is due to open in time for the start of 2022/23 academic year.
The former Bristol Royal Infirmary building, which fronts onto Marlborough Street, and listed chapel building at the rear are both being retained and sensitively restored for residential and community use. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which will create unique space, sensitively combining new with old, in a prime city centre location.
