Walker Modular bathroom pods for Cannon Park, De Montfort Way, Coventry

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new £80m development Student Accommodation scheme close to the University of Warwick in Coventry. The 169,000 sq. ft. student development received planning consent and began construction in October 2020.

The scheme comprises the redevelopment of the car park to provide a new Student Accommodation building and associated amenities, a new multi-storey car park and landscaping enhancements. This represents a substantial investment by the University which will increase demand for student accommodation in Coventry.

The scheme will contain 303 Student Accommodation cluster units providing over 700 bed spaces, also the ground floor provides extensive amenity spaces including communal areas, gym spaces, study spaces, laundry facilities, coffee spaces and general recreational areas.
