Walker Modular bathroom pods for Chatfield Road, Wandsworth, London

Chatfield Road in Battersea will be transformed into a new co-living led, mixed use development which will include affordable accommodation at discounted rates for local people and key workers, as well as employment and community spaces, and creative space for local artists. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is set to open for 2023.

Located close to the River Thames, The Collective Battersea will comprise space across two buildings of eight and seven storeys, which will respectively include long stay co-living units along with rooms for shorter stays.
