The face of Oxford's trendy Cowley Road looks will change as more than 100 student flats will be built above a supermarket in order to build three new floors on top. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for these plush apartments which will be fitted out to the high standards expected of current trends in student accommodation.
The block will also contain a gym, communal kitchens, a common room, a TV room, amongst other communal rooms. The accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the needs of both graduate and undergraduate students which is set to significantly enhance the existing building and improve the street scene of Cowley Road and the area around it.
