Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Hove Gardens, Hove.
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this £67m BTR scheme in Hove. The plans are to demolish the warehouses on the site then prepare for construction for the entire scheme. It will include 216 apartments – a mix of 31 studios, 101 one bedroom, 73 two bedroom and 11 three-bedroom apartments, and providing homes for 600 people.
It’s expected that at least ten apartments will be wheelchair accessible. The development will also have a communal area, offices, cafés and space for shops and is expected to be complete in April 2023.
