Phase 2 of Lewisham Gateway compromises four blocks, one rising to 30 storeys. Lewisham Gateway will represent one of the largest transformational regeneration schemes in South East London, with the overall scheme creating up to 900 new homes and urban spaces for the local community.
There will also be 25,000 sq ft of retail space, 15,000 sq ft of restaurants and bars, a gym, and Lewisham’s first major multiplex cinema. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for Phase 2 in which completion is anticipated in 2023 for the affordable homes, market rent homes and co-living homes.
