This new Travelodge hotel will be built in Wimbledon town centre and is set to significantly regenerate the area of Hartfield Road with a high quality hotel building. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for 27-39 Hartfield Road which will make way for the 177-room Travelodge.

The proposed development will deliver a 7 storey hotel, comprising of 177 bedrooms, a hotel bar and restaurant, and 3 retail units at ground level. The development provides a high-quality building with double high ground floor level and service road to the rear.
