Walker Modular bathroom pods for Derby Road, Nottingham

Currently the site of two former car showrooms, this demolition and new build scheme will reinvent the area on Derby Road in Nottingham, creating an enormous Student Accommodation site. Aiming to open in time for the start of the 2023/24 academic year, the student bed complex will include two new buildings ranging between three to six storeys in height.

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods which feature throughout the premises, which aims to free up family homes for residential use by offering students more choice living space for throughout their education. Including a zero carbon plan with 100% renewable energy sources, this development will be just a short walk away from the local University’s Jubilee Campus and will incorporate a public commercial zone, available to anyone and everyone but focused on the needs of the student body.
