Walker Modular bathroom pods for Island Quarter Phase 2, Nottingham

Drawn up amidst concerns regarding housing for Nottingham’s ever-growing student population, phase 2 of the Island Quarter scheme in Nottingham is promising circa 702 bed spaces in a Purpose built Student Accommodation scheme. Walker Modular will provide all the Bathroom Pods for the development, which include both studios and cluster flats; and aims to offer an array of high end amenities including lounges and pavilions, as well as a private courtyard.
