Walker Modular will once again provide all Bathroom Pods for the next phase of the build, this time for Block J, which is set to be developed just a stone’s throw away from both Sutcliffe Park and South Cator Park alike. Finally getting some much need attention, this site has been surrounded by completed projects for years, and so it’s getting treated to a low to mid-rise site with inner courtyard that won’t threaten to overpower the beauty of the 86 acres of parkland surrounding the site.
