It’s been a rocky road to completion for this student accommodation monolith, but things are back on track and set to be complete for the new academic year. Consisting of 2 buildings standing tall at 10 and 16 storeys a piece, this gigantic PBSA scheme is set to consist of over 500 student spaces in which Walker Modular Bathroom Pods will feature. What was once an old coach station is been rejuvenated, offering both a mix of apartments and cluster flats. The area itself is a short trek away from the universities and Liverpool City Centre, and the site itself is set to offer an array of amenities, so on the whole, any student who calls this place home should never have to head very far to find what they need. In any case, this development is well designed, well placed and well worth the wait.
