Description
The student body of Belfast has seen a rapid growth in recent years, with an estimated 15,000 university students and staff having flooded to area since 2018. Of course, this has instigated a cascade of Student Accommodation builds throughout the city, with developments continuing to sprout up in an effort to keep up with demand. Expected to open for the start of the 2023/24 academic year, Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for the 15 storey build, which plans to add Student studios to Bruce Street. The red brick plans for the building exterior aim to harmonize with the surrounding area, and the building has been deliberately designed with ten narrower floors towards the top, to avoid crowding the street below. All in all, this development will be a welcome addition to Northern Ireland, in a prime location with access to everything needed for the students who will call this place home.
