Description
As a number student accommodation builds look to get off the ground in Coventry, the mixed use development for Longwood Close seeks to offer more than 1,000 Students a home in the area, with additional Co-living units alongside. With a need for modernised student housing in Warwick and Coventry, Walker Modular will be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for the Longwood Site development – ensuring quality ensuites for each room. The repurposing of the inactive site will add a generous amount of green space, both private for residents and areas for public use; and the prime location near the Westwood Business Park means that there is always an easy way to travel, with a number of established transport links a short distance away.
