Description

Merging the polar opposite environments that are industrial and residential estates, Trundleys Road is one of the first in its area to combine such designs. The mixed use development, which climbs between 9 and 15 storeys high includes a large student accommodation complex with an excess of 390 bed spaces, based within the heart of Lewisham. Walker Modular Bathroom Pods will feature within the student block, as will a large selection of amenities incorporating a games room, cinema and number of study areas for the residents use. Paying homage to the industrial history of the site, the exterior work on the building is a sleek coating of red and brown panels, and extra care has been taken to minimise the industrial disruption for the residents.
