Following the demolition of a 1970’s office block, the now empty site of 225 Bath Street is set to transform into 12 storeys of student accommodation. Purpose built with circa 551 student rooms, the development has been designed with multiple tenures; and is even set to include a mix of luxurious amenities including both a gym and games arcade.
Walker Modular will manufacture the Bathroom Pods for the build, which is expected to reach completion in time for the 2025 academic year. All in all, this development is set to be a fantastic addition to the city centre of Glasgow; offering high quality student accommodation in a prime location where all the student essentials are just a short walk away.
