Joining the hub of recent Student Accommodation builds in Nottingham, Huntingdon Street is the next site to be developed for Purpose Built Student Accommodation. Offering circa 294 Student bed spaces in a mix of cluster ensuites and studio flats, Walker Modular will manufacture the Bathroom Pods for the scheme located just a short walk away from one of Nottingham’s local universities.
The building has been designed to stagger through to seven stories in height, and will feature shared recreation space and amenities. On the whole, given that the site is currently a mix of long unused industrial buildings and car park structures – a new lease on life can only be a good thing.
