Walker Modular Bathroom Pods will feature throughout the 2 constructs, which are 4 and 6 storeys respectively, introducing more desperately needed purpose built student accommodation into London. Additionally, the original retail space has been maintained, as the ground floor fronting New Cross Road have been designed as commercial space for 2 retailers, set underneath the student flats.
On the whole, the design is wonderfully modern, and a fantastic use of space amongst the nooks and cranny’s of the English Capital.
