Initial designs will offer nine blocks ranging anywhere from two to five storeys, with the taller buildings set towards the back of the site away from the residential area.

Walker Modular will supply the Bathroom Pods for the development, which will have an onsite reception and warden accommodation, perfect for those moving away from home for the first time.
