Towering over London at 39 Storeys tall, this state-of-the-art development is modern architecture at its finest. The student development, incorporating enough space for over 900 students, was designed to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly – complete with its own solar rooftop.
Walker Modular are manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for the development, which will transform the site of what was once the old Capital House Office building, and offer an abundance of facilities to ensure that residents have the best experience. Not only does this striking structure offer space for a Gym and fitness studio, the development also offers to cater for the public as well, with additional retail, café and office space.
