Offering a mix of cluster flats and single studios, each room is currently set to have its own ensuite – with Walker Modular manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for the development.
The build is within easy reach of local universities and Manchester Piccadilly Station, and will offer a range of different accommodation tenures including almost 200 affordable flats. Alongside this, a further selection of amenities including 2 courtyards, a study garden and a games room are available for resident use.
