Walker Modular will manufacture the Bathroom Pods for the development, which offers circa 174 apartments along the Canalside as well as additional retail, café and restaurant space.
Connected to the train station by a large public outdoor space, The Goods Yard is currently set to be the first phase in a larger scheme. Plans for the development suggest the eventuality of Hotel Accommodation, but even at current this build will be a drastic improvement for the site.
