Featuring a large total of affordable housing, the development in Lombard Square continues across a further 3 plots numbered 4, 5 and 6. Set for completion in 2026, these 3 sites will add over 400 homes to the mass development which has also been known as the West Thamesmead Gateway.
Walker Modular shall be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for this latest stage in the development, where the 3 plots will help frame a newly constructed Public Green known as the Four Seasons Park. On the whole, the new development is slowly but surely turning an old disused site into a thriving neighbourhood, with an array of mixed tenure 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.
