Description

As Nottingham strives to keep pace with demand for purpose built student accommodation, plans are set in motion for a 12 storey build to take place on Queens Road. The first phase of 3 potential buildings to join the site, this development offers circa 400 student spaces in a mixture of studios and cluster flats. The site of 1-4 Queens Road was previously occupied by industrial units which have since gone through the process of demolition and as result, this has created the space for the new ‘L’ shaped development where Walker Modular will supply the Bathroom Pods. On the whole, Phase 1 of the Queens Road development is a welcome addition to the city, complete with study spaces and all the common amenities for the residents to enjoy.
